Session Overview

This lecture covers the Carriere Motion System philosophy, the appliance’s design and biomechanics for Class III malocclusions, patient selection and appointment scheduling, the bonding/debanding procedure, managing patient compliance, the use of intermaxillary elastics, treatment outcomes and finishing protocols using fixed appliances or aligners, and case studies. The core concept is the “Sagittal First™” approach, addressing the sagittal discrepancy at the beginning of treatment by distalising posterior mandibular segments to achieve a Class I platform.
