In this session, Luke will take a deep dive into effective recall workflows. Recently, the ADA had revealed a concerning trend—patient attendance had dropped by 13%, alongside an increase in cancellations and FTAs. This pattern had emerged across the board, signalling a need for a strategic approach to recalls. We have put together this session to examine what recalls really are and how to build a strong, effective recall workflow.
